After we had a few dinners with our new food pals, I made an interesting observation: creating a little picture made our food not only more aesthetically appealing, but also more nutritious. When I looked at the food I served as a picture, I wanted to make it more colourful and interesting, and what’s more vibrant than fruits and vegetables? So I naturally added some of them to every meal. Almost 3.1 billion people could not afford a healthy diet in 2020, up 112 million from 2019, reflecting the effects of inflation in consumer food prices stemming from the economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic and the measures put in place to contain it. Symptoms are typically triggered by eating these foods when they're fresh and uncooked. However, when these foods are cooked, symptoms may be less severe. It’s very important to draw on the outside of the plate! While all the paints are marked non-toxic, none of them are food-grade, and therefore I wouldn’t risk using them on the inside of the plate. Because glass distorts the image a little, I cut the drawing out and taped it to the plate first. That’s how it looked: the plate is lying with its bottom up, and the picture is taped on the inside. In a food elimination diet, the food thought to have caused the allergic reaction is withdrawnfromthe diet fortwo to sixweeks. The food is then reintroduced. Don’t attempt a food elimination diet by yourself without discussing itwith a qualified health professional. Alternative tests Naw See, 25, was living there.
