This is turned on its head when Kaoruko's brother understandably tells her that he can't give her what she wants and that he's ultimately in love with Terumi's future mother, Kirino. Terumi doesn't remember her at all though, probably because in that period of time, Tsukasa bullied him, and he wanted to repress those memories. These feelings increase whenever Tsukasa engages with Terumi and attempts to put him down, with others noting that she's starting to fall for Terumi. Happens once again when Terumi is forced to cross-dress to help out at a job fair at his university.

Fatal Flaw: Her fear of men and lack of confidence in her own body keeps her from having a strong self-esteem. The final straw is where after seeing Tsukiko and Nagiko comment on how attractive he looks undressing, he starts doing some major exercise.This extends to other people as well, as she tells Rokujou that Terumi does not need her and that all he felt towards her was lust, not love. Terumi's experience with Aoi allows him to take off her bra with no trouble at all and he uses what he learned to initiate good foreplay with her. He makes up for this when he demonstrates that he's not a bad person by revealing his relationship with Ruri and even volunteers to help at her family inn during summer break. Badass Teacher: Being a teacher in training doesn't stop her from punching a principal who was sexually harassing her.

Konoe does not show up again for the rest of the series but his presence can still be felt; Kaoruko ultimately desires to move from Shiun University to teach elsewhere, wanting to get away from Konoe's influence and allow herself to grow without interference. Friend to All Children: In fitting with his personality, Terumi helps Shian down a slippery slope on the beach.Miya Rokujou ( 六条 美也, Rokujou Miya, 25-year-old) The fourth target, Miya is a gorgeous, teacher who works at Terumi's university as the Information Processing Tutor.

Big Brother Worship: It is shown in the penultimate chapter of the series that Kaoruko initially adored her big brother, even wanting to marry him one day. Due to her age and innocence, Terumi cannot seduce her as he did with the other targets, instead aspiring to be a brother figure that Shian can look up to.Aoi has even explicitly stated that when she meets someone prettier than her, she wants to tease them.
